I survived Christmas and I'm back. Did you all get what you wanted for the holidays? Are you wishing you had somewhere to spend your money and get something you reallllly want? Well friends, if Santa {or that hubby} forgot to maybe pick up something from Stamping Bella, now is your chance at a little sale Emily is having. Stamping bella is offering 20% off your internet purchase, and they already have free shipping over $55 to North America. I did my shopping today at work and picked up more lots more inserts for my Bella Binders and I finally bought 2 of the Bella Boxes for ez-mounted images, {along with two packs of the inserts} Non of this would have occured to my husband, so I got it myself! lol The details are HERE and you have until the 31st to shop.
I was ready to get outta the Christmassy mood and jump onto something colorful. How's this for a bright boost?
I picked up Puff because I saw someone do a card in one of our BellaRIFFIC challenges. Now, just like you guys have noticed, sometimes you see things and then you see it in a different light and you decide you gotta have it! I'm like thatr too, I see things and think, oh...i'll wait. Then I see someone use it and I gotta have it as well. So Puff is dressed in her finest reds & oranges & pinks and just in time for Valentines day. {or whenever, really} She is stamped on Bellas bestest paper and colored with my prismacolor pencils. I used the nesties for shading, layering...and even pulled out a Cuttlebug embossing folder. OMG, I have not used those in a while! I also added the usual glitter and glaze and added a sentiment.
So, any plans for New Years? Me, you ask? No...I went to see a couple of movies over Christmas and I give two thumbs UP for Avatar & Up In The Air. There are a couple movies I do wanna see still, but I think it's gonna wait til they are on demand. I really need to find my mojo and color...4 days of coloring and that's all. Haha, will I be able to stick to this plan?? I hope so.
We don't have a BellaRIFFIC challenge this friday, which is New Years Day, but we will resume with one the following week and the theme is "Back to School" Well peeps, I am outta here, see ya soon!!

Paula I love how you colored Puff. That one is on my wish list. Love how you colored her and did I see glitter on her wings? Brilliant! Hope you manage to squeeze out 4 days of coloring, I will be so envious! There has been so much chaos here that I still haven't even managed to sharpen all of my new pencils!

Love what you did with Puff, Paula! I want every stamp that I see you use!! Your coloring is always so awesome. On the movie scene: can't wait to see Avatar...but if you really want a lot of good laughs, go see "It's Complicated" - you'll come out smiling!

Hey Paula - you are SO right....I saw this image on Bella ages ago and thought I would pass on it....now seeing what you have done with Puff I am sold! Cripes you enabler!! She (I'm guessing Puff is a "she" here)is so adorable in all her pinkness. The hearts on her feet go perfectly with that sentiment. Did I mention lately that "Girl, you rock" Cheers Sistha!

Paula she's just gorgeous. She just has to be a girl dragon! I LOVE the pink instead of the usual green. Super pretty and oh so soft looking.
